A very interesting marketing case study is Vancouver company Ginch Gonch. With the motto, “Live Like A Kid”, and their in-your-face sexy models, GG manages to come out swinging in the highly competetive fashion world.
Their site is awash with nearly-naked male underwear models and now they have signed former adult industry icon Benjamin Bradley and international cover model Ethan Reynolds to be the official Ginch Gonch Boys.
Does sex sell? You better believe it. Founded by owner Jason Sutherland in December 2004, Ginch Gonch’s unique underwear and accessories were available in more than a hundred stores on every continent with in the year. The media called Ginch Gonch “the years hottest underwear” and the brand has also been featured in many top fashion magazines.
It doesn’t hurt that super fashionable gay and metro guys luvvv to get nice underwear, but then again, who doesn’t?
